神经康复科是主要为各种原因导致偏瘫的成人患者进行治疗与康复的科室。它是一个医疗、科研和教学相结合的科室，同时也是集急性期治疗与恢复期康复于一体的科室。神经康复科在北京博爱医院也是重点科室。我科现有床位130张，其中四人病房13间(52张)，二人病房22间(44张)，单人病房34间。每年在我科治疗的病人约有500人次。目前，我科拥有主任医师5名，副主任医师4名，主治医师6名，住院医师3名。其中教授2名，副教授3名。针对偏瘫患者的情况，我们除了常规的PT、OT训练外，还单独开展了一些特色治疗项目，包括以提高患者上肢的功能为目的的强制性训练;针对吞咽有困难的患者进行的吞咽训练;为降低肌张力进行的肌肉注射肉毒毒素治疗;针对肩手综合征进行的康复治疗;以及针对偏瘫患者的认知功能检查和治疗。在护理方面，我们也积极开展对病人及家属进行康复知识的宣传教育，指导家属正确护理病人，并且指导患者完成日常生活活动，提高生活质量。在我科工作人员的共同努力下，患者的康复有效率达到90%以上。我科还承担了国家“九五”“十五”“十一五”攻关计划等科研项目，并且承担首都医科大学的教学任务，为我国培养现代化的康复医学人才。我们全体医护人员还会不断努力，不断创新，为所有住院患者提供更好的医疗和更好的服务。

　　The neurorehabilitation department of CRRC provides treatment and rehabilitation for acute and convalescent patients with hemiplegia. We also combined with research and education in this field. There are 130 beds (34 of them are single-bed units) in the department, and about 500 in-patients were treated annually. It is also an important department of CRRC, staffed with individuals who have both clinical and research expertise, including 5 consultant doctors, 4 vice-consultant doctors, 6 attending doctors and 4 resident doctors, among of them, 2 professors and 3 associated professors. A PT room, an OT room and a neuro-electrophysiology room are affiliated to the department. Besides the routine PT and OT treatment, the department also carried out an array of innovative techniques for patients: the Constraint-Induced movement therapy to improve the function of upper extremities of patients, the training for the patients with dysphasia, BTX-A to relieve the spasm of muscle after head injury, Weight Support Gait Training to improve the walk function after stroke, and comprehensive rehabilitation care to help patients to improve ADL and quality of life. The effective ratio of rehabilitation reached more than 90%. In the future, all the members in our department will continue to provide better service for patients.
